What to look for in a vocal score. Understand terms just as syllabic, mellismatic, antiphonal etc.
We all know that the Hallelujah Chorus is majestic and enigmatic. But how did Handel achieve this effect?
We will look at the historical context of the oratorio, Messiah, where the Hallelujah chorus is taken from.
